At Crafted Designs Co, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible furniture and decor items. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to our studio safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
